Our data provides highly educated mathematical estimations designed for quick comparative utility at the table. We do not guarantee absolute precision on pricing, vintages, or tasting notes.

2. Liability

We are not liable for your purchasing decisions or your bar tab. Always verify the physical menu and consult the venue's staff before making a financial commitment.

3. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

The SavvySipper platform, its proprietary "Glass Tax" calculations, algorithms, design, and aggregated pricing data are the exclusive intellectual property of SavvySipper. By accessing this site, you agree not to scrape, data-mine, copy, or attempt to reverse-engineer our underlying technology or business model to create a competing service. Automated access (bots/crawlers) without our express written permission is strictly prohibited.

4. User Uploads & Menu Data

By uploading wine lists or menus to SavvySipper, you grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, analyse, store, and display this data to improve our algorithmic pricing models. Please ensure you are not uploading images that capture other diners, staff, or personally identifiable information.

5. Venue Scoring & Independent Opinion

All "Savvy Scores," markup percentages, and value estimations provided by SavvySipper represent our algorithmic opinion based on available public retail data. They do not constitute statements of absolute fact regarding a venue's business practices. Venue owners wishing to query or update their data can do so via our Claim Your Venue portal.
